LUMBADIVE is a Beuchat Dive Center offering all the range of PADI dive courses. We are located in the sheltered Tyrell Bay in Carriacou, the best anchorage on the island. We also recognize the difference from other diving training organizations and guaranty your type of profile
A Day with us
Lumbadive welcomes you all year round from 8:30 am where you can enjoy breakfast in the lazy turtle.
Morning
we head out at 9:00 am to take you diving on one of the most stunning of twenty sites of the Grenadines . This is the deepest and the first of 2 tank dive . Relax and enjoy the surface interval on the dive boat or on one of our deserted beaches with fruits and refreshments. The second dive is usually shallower or same depth depending on how much bottom time you want. We generally return around 1:00 pm.
Afternoon
After lunch, we leave the dock around 2.30 pm. The dive time depends on your air consumption. All our dives are within the safe no decompression limits and it's not unusual to dive over and hour. We usually come back around 4:00 pm (depending on air consumption)
At night
on request we organize night dives which depart at 7:00 pm.
Our divers generally enjoy meeting in the evening to look at photographs and videos shot in the day. We discuss our adventures over a drink as the sun goes down.
Our two dive boats offer the possibility to organize one dive in the mooring in stead of two or a combination of dives on request.
At LUMBADIVE the personalized service we give to our costumers is our priority. We enjoy diving in small groups where the atmosphere is friendly. ‘ Dive with friends ” with the knowledge and experience of professionals and top level diving gear.
EXCURSION
On request we organize day trips to the Isle of Ronde. This in an archipelago of small Islands located south of Carriacou. These uninhabited Islands offer the best dives of the Grenadines . No pollution, no hotels, few fishermen and divers . Discover untouched walls, caves and unbelievable wiled life. We leave at 9:00 am. After 45mn navigation you are on site. It's not rare to see dolphins by the hundreds or unusual meetings like Huge Sun fish at the surface enabling a close approach. We do 2 morning dives followed with a picnic and finish off the day with a third dive or simply relaxing in the sun.
Other excursions like White Island and Bonaparte Island are also available.
