Location

Lumbadive is located on the beach front of Tyrrel Bay in Harvey Vale, Carriacou.

You will recognise it as its Canadian and Quebec flags floating in the air as well as the PADI and Beaucat flags.

Coming from the ocean, you can't miss the red and white diving flag paint on the wall.

We have gears to accommodate up to 20 divers and snorkelers.

Upon reservation, we can offer you NITROX mix air.

We have a secured room where your equipment could be hanging to dry during the night.

Enjoy our terrace, relax in one of the hammock, looking at the sea or read a diving periodic from our library or verify in our book the name of the fish or creatures you encountered in your dive.

When you get to the dive center 20 minutes before the dive, your equipment is already assembled and waiting for you on the boat. You just need to get in your wetsuit and walk to the boat directly from our private jetty.

On the boat, we will help you gear up before rolling back in the water.

After the dive, during your surface interval, we offer water, cookies and/or fruits. You have to taste Diane's home made cookies. You'll ask for more!

Back on shore, just relax! You are on vacation …we are not. Just grab a chair and enjoy the view from our terrace, go through our books to identify the odd fish or colourful coral you saw during the dive, while we bring your gear up from the jetty and rinse it.

Boat

Designed and built by Mr. Benson Patrice a local boat builber, in 2002, this boat is the only one around the Island having 2 engines of 75hp to increase your safety. Boat is park at our private jetty, in front of the office. Driving by one of our boat Captain Damieon (Mr Smile) K. Francis or Kenneth (Mr Anticipation) M Alexis, the 23 feet wood boat can accomodate a maximum of 10 divers at a time. It has a Biminis to protect you from the sun between the dives. Sit on the edge, rool back and enjoy the fantastic Caribbean underwater world. On your return on board, grab the line on the side of the boat. Remove and pass your weight belt and BCD to the captain or dive master and use our comfortable ladder to get back on the boat. Between dives, water, cookies and/or fruits are in gratuity on board.
